Grade levels accepted for transfer students:
Step 1: Click here to create an account and start the application. A $70 application fee is required.
Step 2: Supplemental materials
- Official Transcripts - Download the Official Records Request and submit to appropriate administrator at current school. The signed form allows the applicant's current school to release transcripts, standardized test scores and immunization records.
- Teacher Recommendations - Recommendations are accepted from Math and English teachers online through the application portal or via hard copy to Rosary Academy.
- Student Short Answers - Download and complete questions. Responses must be handwritten and mailed to Rosary Academy.
- Parent form - Parents will receive an email with a form to submit to student's current school.
Step 3: Schedule Admissions Interview

Step 4: Parish verification (form here) must be completed by your parish office and delivered to Rosary
