Rosary Academy

Head of School Welcome

Dear Friends,

Thank you for taking the time to explore Rosary Academy. I am delighted to share with you the extraordinary opportunities that await young women within our vibrant community and the transformative work we do in preparing them for success in high school, college, and beyond.

At Rosary Academy, our mission is to empower the mind, body, and spirit of each young woman through a faith-filled educational experience that nurtures intellectual growth, personal confidence, and compassionate leadership. In our all-girls environment, every student is encouraged to discover her God-given gifts and realize her potential as a scholar, athlete, artist, innovator, servant leader, and agent of positive change.

As a graduate of an all-girls Catholic school myself, I know firsthand the confidence, resilience, and courage such an education inspires. When I reflect on my own journey, I recognize the profound impact of the teachers, mentors, and religious sisters who challenged me to dream boldly, lead with conviction, and trust in God's plan. Their influence continues to shape the educator and leader I am today.

Rosary Academy was founded by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange, whose vision was to create a school that challenges young women to develop their fullest potential in a spirit of “excellence tempered by gentleness, peace, and joy.” The Sisters entrusted Rosary with their charism of unity, reconciliation, and serving the dear neighbor without distinction—a charism that remains at the heart of our mission and daily life.

This spirit beautifully aligns with the wisdom of St. Thérèse of Lisieux and her "Little Way." St. Thérèse taught that holiness is found not only in extraordinary accomplishments but in performing ordinary tasks with extraordinary love. At Rosary, we encourage our students to embrace this philosophy by living our core values of Faith, Sisterhood, Community, and Service each day. Whether offering a word of encouragement to a classmate, welcoming someone who feels unseen, serving those in need, or striving for excellence in the classroom, our students learn that small acts of kindness, compassion, and courage can transform lives and communities.

Guided by faith and inspired by both the CSJ charism and The Little Way, Rosary students develop hearts committed to serving others, minds eager to learn, and spirits ready to lead. They learn that true leadership is rooted not only in achievement but also in humility, integrity, and a genuine concern for the well-being of others.

As you explore our website, I hope you discover the many programs, opportunities, and traditions that make Rosary Academy a truly exceptional place for young women to grow and thrive. More importantly, I hope you gain a sense of the joyful, faith-filled community that empowers every Royal to become the woman God created her to be.

At Rosary Academy, every Royal has the opportunity to excel, to serve, and to lead—with great love in both the extraordinary moments and the everyday ones.

Blessings,
