ROSARY ACADEMY PATHWAYS PROGRAM APPLICATION

INCOMING FRESHMEN
We are now taking applications for the 2024-2025 school year. The application is below.

Students will be notified of their acceptance via email at the end of May after their Math Placement Exam and Science Placement Exam have been scored.

Once your application to the school and the program have been reviewed, you will be notified via email.

Acceptance into the Rosary Academy Pathways Program is dependent upon your enrollment in Rosary Academy. Students accepted into the Rosary Academy Pathways Program but not enrolled in Rosary Academy by March 15, 2024, will be deferred for students who are enrolled and accepted into the program. TRANSFER STUDENTS
Please complete the form and submit your most recent transcripts to counselors@rosaryacademy.org. 

CURRENT STUDENTS
If you are a current sophomore for the 2023-2024 school year, please complete the form by May 1, 2024.

Please write an essay explaining why you are interested in the Rosary Pathway Program you have chosen above and share any experience you have in that specific field. (250 word max).

PARENT PERMISSION STATEMENT

I hereby submit this application for my child to be considered for the Rosary Academy Pathways Program. I understand that the teacher information and test results will be maintained in confidence by the Rosary Academy Admissions Committee. Recommendation and scores cannot be shared outside the Screening Committee, and applications will not be returned to parents or students.

Admission to the Rosary Academy Pathways Program is highly selective. Highly motivated, gifted, and talented students are encouraged to apply. Acceptance is based on various criteria including the candidate’s HSPT scores, current grades, placement tests, letters of recommendation, written statements from the candidate, and co-curricular interests and achievements.
