Royal Welcome
Royal Welcome marks the beginning of a Royal's high school experience! The purpose of the event is to launch Rosary Academy's lifelong sisterhood, build leadership skills, and create school spirit.
Below is a brief breakdown of the schedule for the weekend.
- Thursday, July 31:
- 10:00 a.m.: Student check-in
- 5:45 p.m.: Parents arrive
- 6:00 p.m.: Family Mass
- 7:00 p.m.: Farewell
- Friday, August 1:
- 10:30 a.m.: Student check-in
- 4:45 p.m.: Parents arrive
- 5:00 p.m.: Parent programming
- 6:00 p.m.: Farewell
**Lunch and snacks will be provided throughout both days for your daughter.
What your daughter should bring:
- Water Bottle (refill stations are available throughout campus)
- Sunscreen
- Sweatshirt to layer is recommended
- Donation of new school supplies for a class service project (notebooks, colored pencils, pens, folders, glue, scissors, etc.); please give what you can. Your daughter will participate in the service project on Friday. She will be living out our charism by making back-to-school packs for students at Higher Ground.
What your daughter should wear:
- Modest Attire. Rosary shirt if possible or a white, red, gold/yellow, or black shirt
- Tennis shoes must be worn. No sandals of any kind.
- Jeans in good condition. No holes, rips, or cutouts.
- Solid black leggings, not mesh or cutouts.
- No shorts.
- No bare midriffs, tank top/racerback, backless, strapless, spaghetti straps, low cut, cutouts, or see-through tops.
- Undergarments of any kind may not show at any point.
Drop-off, pick-up, and parking will be at the back of the school. You will enter the big parking lot off of Melody Lane and drive to the very top, passing St. Juliana church and school. You are welcome to park in any spot that is available.
