Girls Lead

 

At Rosary Academy, we believe leadership and confidence can be nurtured from a young age. That’s why we offer Girls Lead Camps and the Girls Leadership Summit—programs designed especially for girls in grades 3–8 to dream big, grow in confidence, and discover their leadership potential.

Girls Leadership Summit

Planned and led by Rosary students—including those in our Leadership Pathway—the Girls Leadership Summit is for girls, by girls. Through presentations, workshops, and mentoring, our high school leaders inspire middle school girls to see themselves as the next generation of changemakers.

Girls Lead Camp

Our Girls Lead Camp provides a fun, supportive environment where young girls develop tools for leadership through:

  • Arts & crafts

  • Prayer & meditation

  • Dance & self-defense

  • Guest speakers & group discussions

Camps are tailored to meet the needs of different ages, with separate sessions for:

  • Grades 3–5

  • Grades 6–8

With guidance from Rosary’s student leaders, each camper leaves with new skills, friendships, and the confidence to step into her full potential.
