Isabella Tejeda '20 selected as Regional Finalist in Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation

Reaching this level distinguishes the remaining students as extraordinary leaders in their school and community. 93,075 applicants and 1,928 Semifinalists participated in the program - to be selected as a Regional Finalist is an outstanding accomplishment.

Regional Finalists will now participate in the next phase of the selection process, a 20-minute interview with a Regional Interview Committee comprised of a Foundation staff member and previous Coca-Cola Scholars Program scholarship recipients.

After these interviews, 150 students will be named Coca-Cola Scholars and receive a $20,000 college scholarship.

Isabella exemplifies the Rosary mission to "serve the dear neighbor without distinction." We wish her well on this journey, and thank Coca Cola for this outstanding program which supports college students who are making a difference in their community.

The Coca-Cola Scholars Program scholarship is an achievement-based scholarship awarded to graduating high school seniors. Students are recognized for their capacity to lead and serve, as well as their commitment to making a significant impact on their schools and communities. With the 31st class in 2019, the Foundation has provided over 6,150 Coca-Cola Scholars with more than $69 million in educational support. 150 Coca-Cola Scholars are selected each year to receive this $20,000 scholarship.
