ENDOW – Educating on the Nature & Dignity of Women

Rosary High School is very proud and excited to announce a new program to begin in September 2011. This program totally compliments and enriches everything that Rosary High School stands for – PLUS it will not only enrich those students who choose to participate, but also women (moms, sisters, alumnae, friends) who are looking for something to enrich their personal faith formation. There are two studies that we will participate in: True Beauty Revealed and Letter to Women. The ENDOW organization is Catholic based and is approved by the Diocese of Orange.

The program for teens is called True Beauty Revealed. The purpose of the study is to help young, high school age women better realized their own dignity and that they are made in the image and likeness of God. This understanding is a foundational key to for a successful and happy life. The goals of True Beauty Revealed are to inspire, encourage, challenge and support young women in their growth and development. This program is not only open to Rosary High School students, but any high school age young woman who is interested in this study. The cost of the program is $45.00.

In addition to the True Beauty Revealed program, we will concurrently run a program for women (beyond their high school years) which will focus on Pope John Paul II – Letter to Women. The mire idea of studying a papal encyclical can be daunting to say the least, however this program is written in language that is easily understood and provides amazing references to assist in the study. Letter to Women will give our moms, alumnae, and friends an opportunity to foster their spiritual formation in a small group setting. The cost of this program is $60.00.

The groups will meet Monday nights (see dates below) from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. There is an informational meeting on the program for adult women on Monday, September 19th from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. in the Assembly Hall. All are welcome. Please bring a friend, neighbor or fellow parishioner.
