Rosary attends OC Catholic Prayer Breakfast

Members of our Rosary community attended the Orange County Catholic Prayer Breakfast this morning, held at the future Christ Cathedral in Garden Grove. In addition to administrators who attended, we had ten Rosary girls help welcome Catholics from across the county to the annual prayer breakfast.

The morning started off with a Rosary led by five families from the Diocese of Orange, two of which were from Rosary High School. Claire Blachowski '15 was up front with her four brothers and sisters, and her mother, leading a decade of the Rosary. They were  preceded by the Dulac family, with Rosary girls Samantha '15 and Makayla '16.

Rosary was also represented as former school president, Trudy Mazzarella, greeted guests. Mrs. Mazzarella now serves the Diocese as director of tour ministry. At the prayer breakfast, she worked with docents to give tours of the cathedral after the breakfast.

School administration and special guests were also in attendance representing Rosary, and included:
Deborah Urell Wesseln, President
Annette Zaleski, Principal
Charlene Romano, Assistant Principal of Academic Affairs
Lindsey Hughes, Director of Advancement
Lisa Nollette, Director of Campus Ministry
Aileen Blachowski, Parent Council Campus Ministry Rep
