Rosary athletes celebrate college signings

In a celebratory gathering in the Karcher Center lobby this morning the families, coaches, teammates, and friends of today's college signing honorees got together to watch as four of Rosary's seniors signed their paperwork symbolizing their commitment to the college programs of their choice.

Ashley Radziuk has accepted a softball scholarship from Western Oregon University, near Salem, Oregon.

Breana Cervantes is the first Royal graduate in the history of the school to pursue lacrosse as her college sport. She was a member of the inaugural lacrosse team at Rosary and will attend Ursuline College in Cleveland, Ohio.

Emma Tice has chosen Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, to continue her water polo career.

Rachel Meyer will continue her softball pursuits in Lindsborg, Kansas, at Bethany College.

Signing day is an important event in the lives of these young women who have worked hard at their athletic endeavors, while also studying and being a part of a vital faith community.  We are all very proud of them, and celebrate this important step into the future along with them.
