Spanish Students Honored

Anais Cortes, Allyson Rahlwes and Claire Sirna have received special recognition from the Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica (SHH), the National Spanish Honor Society. These students are currently studying AP Spanish and are members of the El Greco Chapter of the Spanish Honor Society.

Anais and Allyson each wrote a poem in Spanish and these poems have been accepted for publication in the spring issue of the SHH literary magazine, Albricias. Claire submitted artwork related to the theme of Costa Rica, which was also selected for publication.

In addition to the honor of being published, these students also received a monetary prize for their achievements.
