Freshman Application

We are now accepting applications for the Class of 2024!

Step 1:  Apply Now! 
  • Click HERE to start your daughter's application
  • $70 non-refundable application fee required 
  • Early Admissions Deadline is December 6 
  • *Those applying for Early Admission may also apply for an Early Tuition Assistance Award. Tuition Assistance applications will be open October 1, 2019 and must be submitted by December 6, 2019.
Step 2: Submit Supplemental Materials
  • Request Official Transcripts: 
    • Download the Official Records Request and submit to the appropriate administrator at applicant's current school. The signed form allows the applicant’s current school to release 6th, 7th, and 8th grade transcripts, standardized test scores, and immunization records.
  • Submit Recommendation Letters: 
  • Fill out Student Short Answers: 
Step 3: Attend an Admissions Interview
  • You may schedule an interview via the Parent Portal. This interview is for both the applicant and the applicant's family. 
  • Early Admission Interviews will take place Monday, December 9 through Thursday, December 12.
Step 4: Parish Verification 
  • If your family belongs to a Catholic parish, you may request that your parish fill out a verification form. These forms must be completed by your parish office and delivered to Rosary. *not required for admission
Step 5: Acceptance
  • Early Admission applicants will receive their acceptance letter prior to Christmas!
  • *Those who have completed both their Admissions and Tuition Assistance applications by December 6, 2019 will receive their Tuition Assistance Award by January 6, 2020

High School Placement Test (HSPT)
The purpose of the HSPT exam is to assess each student's 7th and 8th grade knowledge and will determine the student's placement for Freshman year. This test is required for 9th grade applicants only. 

If your daughter still needs to take the HSPT, we are happy to schedule a date during the week to accommodate her testing! Please email to schedule a date and time that works best for your daughter. 
*if your daughter needs testing accommodations, please email prior to your test date. 


Merit Based Grants
The Royal Merit Grant is a merit based program that awards scholarships to students who have demonstrated academic, artistic, spiritual, leadership, or extracurricular excellence.  Royal Merit Grant scholarships are renewable, so long as recipients remains in good academic standing and demonstrate exemplary conduct.  Each year, recipients may be invited to meet with the Royal Merit Grant committee. 

Students must take the High School Placement Test (HSPT) at Rosary in order to be considered.  

Applications for the 2019-2020 Royal Merit Grant are coming soon! An email communication will be sent out to all admissions applicants once the application becomes available.
