Freshman Application

We are now accepting applications for the Class of 2023!

Step 1:  Apply Now! 
  • Click HERE to start your daughter's application
  • $70 non-refundable application fee required 
  • Early Admissions Deadline is December 7 
  • *Those applying for Early Admission may also apply for an Early Tuition Assistance Award. Tuition Assistance applications will be open November 1 and must be submitted by December 1.
Step 2: Submit Supplemental Materials
  • Request Official Transcripts: 
    • Download the Official Records Request and submit to the appropriate administrator at applicant's current school. The signed form allows the applicant’s current school to release 6th, 7th, and 8th grade transcripts, standardized test scores, and immunization records.
  • Submit Recommendation Letters: 
  • Fill out Student Short Answers: 
    • Download and complete questions. Responses must be handwritten by the applicant and uploaded to the Parent Portal or mailed directly to Rosary Academy.
Step 3: Attend an Admissions Interview
  • You may schedule an interview via the Parent Portal. This interview is for both the applicant and the applicant's family. 
  • Early Admission Interviews will take place Monday, December 10 through Thursday, December 13.
Step 4: Parish Verification 
  • If your family belongs to a Catholic parish, you may request that your parish fill out a verification form. These forms must be completed by your parish office and delivered to Rosary. *not required for admissions
Step 5: Acceptance
  • Early Admission applicants will receive their acceptance letter prior to Christmas!
  • *If you are applying for an Early Tuition Assistance Award, you will receive your decision by January 5

High School Placement Test (HSPT)
The purpose of the HSPT exam is to assess each student's 7th and 8th grade knowledge and will determine the student's placement for Freshman year. This test is required for 9th grade applicants only. 

HSPT Prep Courses: 
  • January 9 @ 3:30 p.m.
  • January 15 @ 3:30 p.m. 
  • HSPT prep books
  • The Prep Course fee is $50 and may be paid during check-in. We will accept cash and check only. If you submitted an application for Early Admissions by December 7, 2018, then the Pre Course fee will only be $25.
HSPT Exam is January 19 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. RSVP HERE

*if you wish to qualify for the Royal Merit Scholarship you must take the High School Placement Test at Rosary
*if your daughter needs testing accommodations, please email prior to your test date. 


Merit Based Grants

The Royal Merit Grant is a merit based program that awards scholarships to students who have demonstrated academic, artistic, spiritual, leadership, or extracurricular excellence.  Royal Merit Grant scholarships are renewable, so long as recipients remains in good academic standing and demonstrate exemplary conduct.  Each year, recipients may be invited to meet with the Royal Merit Grant committee. 


Students must take the High School Placement Test (HSPT) at Rosary in order to be considered.  


Applications for the Royal Merit Grant are now open! Please download the application below. The application is due by Saturday, January 19 and your daughter must be an applicant and take the HSPT here at Rosary to qualify.
