April 27- Attendance mandatory (spirit dress) 
 
Prom
May 19 at the American Way Cultural Center. Tickets will go on sale after Easter Break
All dress checks due by May 11 to Ms. Nanry
 
Mass of Thanksgiving
 May 23 - Attendance mandatory for all seniors
  • Last formal uniform day
  • Please consider donating your unneeded Rosary uniforms for future Royals!
    • Boxes will be available after Mass for uniform drop off

May 24 in the Karcher Center
All seniors and their parents are urged to attend 
 
Senior Final Exams

Graduation practice
 May 29, 2-3:30 p.m. Attendance mandatory for all seniors
  • Lunch will be provided after last final, before practice 
  • Extremely important to be punctual
  • Please bring your graduation shoes to practice walking in them
 May 30, 11:30-1:00 p.m. Attendance mandatory for all seniors
  • Lunch will not be provided 
  • Extremely important to be punctual
  • Please bring your graduation shoes to practice walking in them

Graduation attire
  • Completely white dress or white slip
  • White cap with white hairpins
  • White or nude shoes
    • Sandals must have a back-strap
    • NO boots or flip-flops
  • 2018 Red and Gold tassel
  • Students should wear all cords and medals received at senior awards
  • All students should receive the medallion they received at the Baccalaureate Mass 
 
Baccalaureate
May 31, 5:00 p.m. - Attendance is mandatory for all seniors
  • Families are encouraged to attend; tickets are not required
  • Students must wear their graduation gown (no cap) zipped-up for the duration of the Mass.
 
Graduation
June 2, 9:00 a.m.
  • Students must be in their assigned classroom by 8:00 a.m.
  • Gates to seating will open at 8:00 a.m.
  • If flowers, balloons, or signs are brought, they will be held in the assembly hall until after the ceremony.
  • Parking is limited, so please plan to carpool
  • Seating is not assigned and only some seating is tented 
 
Caps, Gowns, & Graduation Tickets
  • Distributed after after school on Monday, May 7
  • Seniors will each receive 10 tickets for the graduation ceremony
  • Seniors should communicate with each other to find more tickets. If you require additional tickets, please write a note with your name and need, and turn it in to the main office. We will try to accommodate all reasonable requests by May 20. However, no guarantees can be made. All in attendance must have a ticket, except for small children who are sitting on a lap. 
  • Caps and gowns will be distributed at graduation practice on Tuesday, May 29
    • Seniors must bring their graduation gown and cap to graduation
