Coach Debbie Simonton is in her seventh year as head coach of the Rosary tennis team. She is a former top So Cal high school player and in her high school career earned the Dr. Pepper League Player of the Year and all county honors all four years. She went on to play as a scholarship athlete at division I Long Beach State where she also earned a BS degree in Kinesiology. Coach Simonton also holds a Master’s degree in Science, specializing in Exercise Physiology, from the University of Pennsylvania. She came to Rosary with an extensive background as a USPTA pro and has been on the staffs of both Mater Dei and Dana Hills. Coach Simonton is in her first year as the exercise science and health teacher at Rosary and also teaches as a Kinesiology professor at Fullerton College. She resides in South Orange County with her loving husband of 31 years and is the proud mother of three college-age young adults. If not lecturing in the classroom or on the tennis court, she may be found out training for a marathon or on a golf course trying to improve her handicap.

Coach Romulo is a chemical engineer by trade. He started off at the Union Oil 76 research center in Brea in 1983. He then moved on to work with ConocoPhillips and Phillips 66 in a career that spanned 30 years working for the oil industry.
He has served as a JV Coach for Servite High School for the past three years. He is very passionate about the sport because it brings out the best in everyone. He just loves the game of tennis.
Coach Alquiosola shares his life with his wife Ching. She works as a CLS at St. Jude Hospital and they are blessed with three sons.
