a treasure that we're trying to do is make sure that we are creating women Faith field women who go out and are leaders in our community and today by a bringing in leaders who are out there in different careers are young women are finding out that there's so many things that they can do vault in the community the buildings that we create affect people's lives and they matter they're very much needed it was really interesting to see how with architecture it's a big part of helping your society and all the natural disasters that have been happening recently how architecture is a big part of helping people get back on their feet being able to inspire these young women to really think about their Futures now it's great you know it had been mentioned that about 50% of students cow and architecture women and so it's just it's great to be able to empower these girls to choose their path and really fight for it was always been speakers of Compton encourages about different fields but it was this one was really interesting to watch me the most because all the women were different ages when I spoke about all the different career paths you can diverge and don't be afraid to do so it'll make you stronger when you get out looking at all of those fresh fish with a room full of over 300 women who are really thinking about Deer Path ahead and to be able to think that maybe you might influence their thinking of some way for us was that it was a great opportunity so thank you for that Rosary really is here to bring opportunities to young women because 50 years ago we didn't think about some of the things that needed to be done and we truly are about wanting to make sure our girls are inspired but they learn how to be leaders and if they learn how to serve and that some of these positions they heard about today really did talk about the service part of it as well and we all are called to serve our communities women in architecture program just a little size why art are very important to what we are trying to do in in terms of even just building shelters for disaster areas YouTube providing Smart Homes for the future all of that has to do with technology and design and this this process I think it's a great initiative in in the hopes of sparking the interest so that we can have those future Architects it come from our school
