Royal Network

Being a Royal comes with lifelong advantages—starting with a powerful network of more than 7,000 alumnae. Through signature programs, our current students are meaningfully connected with their alumnae sisters, building relationships that inspire, mentor, and open doors for the future.

Inspire Her - Speak to Inspire

Open to all students during select late starts, Inspire Her brings together Rosary alumnae and friends of Rosary to share the journeys that shaped their personal and professional success. Through candid storytelling and meaningful dialogue, Royals are invited to explore diverse career paths, discover new possibilities, and connect with remarkable women who lead with purpose.

Empower Her - Sophomore Professional Development Day

Empower Her is Rosary’s newly reimagined day of purpose-driven programming for sophomores as they embark on the journey of academic and career exploration. Formerly known as Career Day and Sophomore Professional Development Day, Empower Her reflects our commitment to providing meaningful opportunities tailored to the developmental needs of sophomore students as they prepare to step into leadership and define their passions.

Big Sister Alumnae Program

Rosary’s Big Sister Alumnae Program is a compassionate and caring community of past Rosary Royals who want to mentor and empower recent Rosary graduates as they shift to college.

Rosary alumnae will be matched with a graduating senior based on geography and past experiences.

Partner with Pathways

Rosary Academy’s Pathways programs bridge classroom learning with real-world experience, empowering students through sequenced coursework, mentorship, and hands-on career exploration. Our current Pathways include: Medical, Performing Arts, Leadership, Computer Science, Sports Medicine, Engineering, and Law.

We’re inviting alumnae, families, and friends to support these programs by hosting students for career chats, job shadows, site tours, short-term projects, or internships.

If you or your organization are interested in hosting a Rosary student, please complete our brief Partner with Pathways form.
