Empower Her
Empower Her is Rosary’s newly reimagined day of purpose-driven programming for sophomores as they embark on the journey of academic and career exploration. Formerly known as Career Day and Sophomore Professional Development Day, Empower Her reflects our commitment to providing meaningful opportunities tailored to the developmental needs of sophomore students as they prepare to step into leadership and define their passions.
The day begins with an inspiring keynote address designed to ignite ambition and self-discovery among students. Throughout the event, sophomores engage in dynamic industry panels featuring accomplished Rosary alumnae and respected community partners who share firsthand insights into their professional journeys. To round out the day, interactive workshops led by Rosary’s academic and college counseling teams provide practical guidance, personalized support, and actionable strategies for students as they prepare to navigate their academic and career paths.
Empower Her equips students with the confidence, connections, and clarity needed as they transition into upperclasswomen ready to lead with purpose.

- 8:40 AM - Industry Panels
- 11:30 AM - Lunch provided
- 12:10 PM - Rotating Workshops
- 2:05 PM - School day ends
