Megan Arora '02, Regional Sales Manager - Western Region at SolarEdge: Megan Arora graduated from Rosary in 2002 and from Loyola Marymount University in 2006, where she studied International Business and Management. Studying abroad in Bonn, Germany her Junior Year at LMU unlocked a passion for travel, experiencing different cultures, and sustainable development. After graduation, she worked abroad in Australia and continued traveling before settling in Boston, MA for 7 years. Megan has been working in the CleanTech industry for 17 years, 12 of which were with Digital Lumens helping large industrial facilities reduce their energy bills, and now at SolarEdge providing solar to residential and commercial customers. She moved home to Hermosa Beach and loves being a full-time aunty to her 3 nieces.
Noreen Arora '04, Founder of Noreen Arora Communications: Noreen Arora graduated from Rosary in 2004 before studying business administration, marketing, and English literature at the University of San Diego. After college, she moved to Australia with some of her best Rosary pals and backpacked through New Zealand and Southeast Asia. Noreen then moved to Boston, where she earned her master’s degree at Emerson College, met her husband, and built a decade-long career at the global design and innovation firm IDEO, working out of its Cambridge studio. Now based in Southern California with her husband and two daughters (future Royals), Noreen runs her own strategic communications and marketing consulting business. She has partnered with brands such as Target, JetBlue, Mastercard, and fast-growth startups like PillPack (acquired by Amazon). Though her true passion is in international development and social impact — helping mission-driven organizations uncover their communications goals, tell their stories, and reach the people and communities who need them most.
Claire Arora '14, Vice President, Head of Customer Success at Green Street: Claire Arora graduated from Rosary in 2014 before studying business administration and finance at the University of San Diego. While at Rosary, Claire was actively involved in ASB, mock trial, and played on the tennis team. After college, she started working in Newport Beach at Green Street, a global Commercial Real Estate research company. She joined the firm as a market research analyst, publishing research reports on West Coast markets to help investors identify optimal CRE investment opportunities. After 3 years as an analyst, Claire pivoted into a client-facing role and is now a Vice President where she leads a global team of 22 people focused on partnering with Green Street customers to ensure they are leveraging the firm's research and data as part of their capital allocation strategies. Claire often travels to New York and London to meet with customers and enjoys visiting with friends - including Rosary alumnae - throughout her travels.
