Important RED Team Information

Performance Weekend

March 8 & 9, 2024

DON'T FORGET - MONDAY, MARCH 11TH IS A HOLIDAY

FRIDAY, MARCH 8

8:00 – 11:15      Rehearsal (GOLD 1st)/team meetings. 

                                    Guests are not permitted.

11:15 – 12:00           Lunch on campus.  Please bring a lunch or purchase one

                                    from Servite food service. NO DELIVERIES

12:45 – 1:30        Group Photos in the Servite Gym - FULL COSTUME

                              Students remain on campus through matinee

Matinee Performance:

1:00 p.m.           RED reports to the pit/dressing rooms

                            Teams switch places at intermission.

4:00 p.m.          Performance Ends - All team members

                           may leave campus.

Evening Performance: 

7:00 p.m.           RED reports to the Servite Gym.

                           Teams switch places at intermission. 

10:00 p.m.         Performance Ends

SATURDAY, MARCH 9

Matinee Performance:

12:00 Noon.      RED reports to the pit/dressing room.

                            Teams switch at intermission. 

2:00 p.m.           RED team members may leave campus or stay in the gym.  No 

                            other options.

3:00 p.m.           Performance ends – ALL Team members MUST leave campus

 

Final Performance:

7:00 p.m.          RED reports to the Servite Gym.

                           Teams switch at intermission. 

                           Both teams wait in the gym after the show.

11:15 p.m.         Pick–up time for both teams

RED performs FIRST at both matinees

PLEASE REMEMBER:
  1. Arrange your transportation early, allow for parking, eating, etc. when you plan your time.  Please plan to leave Servite between the matinee performance and the night performance.
  2. For all performances, parking is legal in the parking lot and in front of the school.  Park only in legally marked areas on La Palma.  A shuttle is available for those parked in the neighborhood near Servite High School.  Do not park in red zones or no parking zones. 
  3. Because of our contract with Servite High School, NO GUM, FOOD, CANDY, OR DRINK in the theatre or gym at any time.
  4. Shoes must be worn in the theatre.
  5. Put your name on makeup cases and other belongings; don’t bring extra baggage into the pit/dressing rooms or gym; leave valuables, jewelry, etc. at home!
  6. NO GUESTS/VISITORS ARE ALLOWED IN THE GYM OR BACKSTAGE AT ANY TIME.
  7. During the performance, there is no videotaping and there is no flash photography.
  8. Parents and students are to respectfully comply with all instructions as given by Servite Security since they will be enforcing Rosary’s policies and directives.
  9. For their safety, it is highly encouraged that parents pick-up and drop-off students during performance weekend.
