Work Permit

In order to receive a work permit you must already have a job!

Here are the steps to take:

  • Get hired!
  • Print and complete the work permit form (must be signed by you, a parent/guardian, and your employer).
  • Turn the completed form into Mrs. Moore in Counseling.
  • You will receive an email once it is ready.
  • Come to Counseling to sign and obtain your work permit.

 Please allow 1-2 business days for your work permit to be completed.
